Terms of Service

1. Services
Jeanie Digital provides digital design services including websites, flyers, menus, price sheets, business cards, and related materials. All services are delivered digitally as files unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. We accept payment via PayPal. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the full amount listed at checkout.
3. Delivery
We guarantee delivery within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. The 24-hour clock starts when your intake form is received in full — not at the time of payment. Delays caused by incomplete or missing intake form information are not covered by this guarantee.
4. Revisions
Every order includes one free round of revisions after delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included round are available through our monthly maintenance plans. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
5. Maintenance Plans
Monthly maintenance plans provide unlimited updates within the scope of the purchased plan. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Unused updates do not roll over.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the completed design files delivered to you. Jeanie Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jeanie Digital is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
